When packaged corporate hospitality – no matter how exclusive – simply isn’t enough, you might want to consider our event creation service. This service has all the attributes you’d expect from Green Room Sports - attention to detail, five star quality standards and personalised service – but applied to a much wider range of events and activities.
Quite simply, we have the capacity to design and manage events of any scale anywhere in the world and for any purpose.
The Green Room have been very proud to manage Lawrence Dallaglio's most recent challenge all in aid of charity.
The event was a huge fundraising cycle ride that saw Lawrence and a core group of 7 riders leave Rome on the 12th February and cycle to Murrayfield, Edinburgh (12th March) taking in Paris, Twickenham, Cardiff and Dublin along the way, all during the 2010 RBS Six Nations.
The event was a great success and together we managed to raise just over £1 million which will be shared between Sport Relief as well as Lawrence's recently established Dallaglio Foundation, which in turn will support a number of good causes including Cancer Research UK, Help 4 Heroes, debRA and Leukaemia Research.
Lawrence and the 7 core cyclists rode the full 2,888Km distance and were joined across each of the five stages by a number of celebrities and fundraising cyclists, on average 50 cyclists per stage.
We were priviliged to entertain the likes of Freddie Flintoff, Kenny Logan, Raphael Ibanez, Gavin Hastings, Lee Dixon, Les Ferdinand, Dermot Murnaghan and many more whilst on this incredible challenge!

Thank you so much for organising such a fantastic time. A remarkable feat of organisation and logistics and all done with a smile.
Fantastic effort to you all for making possible an amazing experience. Loved absolutely every minute of it. The more I think about it the more gobsmacked I am about the whole thing. Just to be part of one stage was awesome.

Just a very short note to thank you all for the tremendous support of the past week - having done some of these events (on a microscopically smaller scale) I can imagine what you're going through everyday, in fact the work of all the support staff makes the cycling itself seem rather straightforward - well apart from that bit into the Mistral!
I had a great time, made many new friends and in terms of my personal circumstances it was certainly the very best possible thing I could have done following the recent loss of my mother.
Andrew Hawes (Stage 2)
On behalf of James and myself, thank you both for all your help, not just out there on the ground but also over here prior to the trip and for having made the entire process smooth and hassle free. Job brilliantly done!
Ben Betancourt (Stage 1)
Thank you very much for all you immense hard work; you made the challenge work so well. It was one of the best experiences of my life, sounds dramatic but its true!
Charlie Kirkham (Stage 2)
I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to be a small part of this amazing production. Whilst I hated almost every minute on the bike, I absolutely loved every other minute of my time on the DCS road show, met some fantastic people and cannot remember laughing so much for a very long time. All of you guys who put it together and managed it deserve the greatest praise and every single word of thanks/congratulations is truly merited.
