TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING WITH GREEN ROOM SPORTS HOSPITALITY
The Green Room, a sports hospitality service run by Green Room Sports, offers a unique hospitality experience at the Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Subject to availability, the experience will be available on Autumn International and RBS Six Nations match days. Set out below are the terms and conditions on which the Green Room takes bookings and makes arrangements on behalf of its clients. We do not accept any bookings on any other terms.
1. The Contract - A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Green Room Sports, trading as the Green Room (“Green Room”) and the booking client (the “Client”) when the client has confirmed its requirements by returning this Order Form to the Green Room and the Green Room has accepted the booking in writing (an invoice being proof of such acceptance). The contract shall be on the terms and conditions set out below. The parties to the contract are Green Room Sports (trading as the “Green Room”) and the Client as represented by the person who confirms the booking.
In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(a) “Event” shall mean the event around which the Hospitality is based;
(b) “Hospitality” shall mean the hospitality specified by the Client on the Order Form;
2. Payment Terms – Standard payment terms are 100% due within 30 days of the date on the invoice from The Green Room. Time is of the essence as regards these payment terms and if any amounts are not paid by the due date the Client will be in breach of the contract and the Green Room, in its sole discretion, will have the right to treat the booking as being cancelled by the Client. In such circumstances, the Green Room will be entitled to re-allocate the Hospitality without prejudice to any of its other remedies and charge for the cancellation as set out in paragraph 4. The Green Room shall not be obliged to dispatch tickets and any other relevant documentation until the total cost of the Hospitality has been paid in full.
3. Price - All prices quoted by the Green Room are exclusive of VAT.
4. Cancellation by Clients -
(a) If a Client wishes to cancel any Hospitality for whatever reason, or the client is deemed to have cancelled the contract pursuant to these terms and conditions, the Client shall be liable for the following cancellation charges, charged as a percentage of the total cost of the Hospitality:
If notice of cancellation is received more than 2 months before the Hospitality: 50%
If notice of cancellation is received between 1 & 2 months before the Hospitality: 75%
If notice of cancellation is received less than 1 month before the Hospitality: 100%
(b) Any notice of cancellation by the Client must be made in writing by letter or facsimile and sent to the Green Room at the above address or facsimile number.
