Ben has over 20 years experience (12 playing & 8 representing) in the Professional Rugby Industry, which began as a player in 1997 at Coventry Rugby Club.

Whilst studying for a Business Management & Law BA (Hons) at Sheffield Hallam, Ben was scouted and signed at Leicester Tigers.

Successfully transferring his course to De Montfort University in Leicester, he combined his part-time studies with a full-time contract at Leicester Tigers.

He enjoyed 3 years at Leicester Tigers, progressing into their Senior squad during their successful ’99 to ’02 Championship & European winning seasons.

He later moved to Orrell, Bedford and then to Northampton Saints.

In his years at Northampton Saints, Ben reached the semi final of the Heineken Cup (former name of the The Champions Cup), and played for England 7’s, where he was selected to play in the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne 2006.

Ben rejoined Bedford Blues in 'The Championship' for a second spell in 2010, which allowed him to play part time, and work for the family Brewing business.

After 12 years of Professional rugby a hip replacement sadly ended his playing career.

Ben’s previous relationship with Richard as a player re-ignited and Ben joined Green Room Sports Management as an ‘Athlete Manager’.
